, who you see on the right side of the screen there, who voted against obama care and who is anti-abortion, stephen lynch is going to announce that he too is going to run for the seat as a democratic against the already declared progressive candidate congressman ed markey. if he does run against ed markey, there does have to be a primary. the primary will take place on april 30th. interesting question, right? would a primary for that seat help the democrats' chances of sending another democrat to serve alongside elizabeth warren in the senate, or would it hurt the chances? and who would have a better chance at winning, ed markey or stephen lynch? on the republican sid of things, there is still no word as to whether or not this guy on the right here intends to run again after elizabeth warren beat him by eight points back in november. still no word from scott brown other than -- which scott brown tweeted late at night on scott brown, 2010 in that special election is the only time since ed brook in 1972 that massachusetts has elected a republican to the senate. and not since 1994 in

adopted to further limit government power and protect individual rights. president obama's remarks turned the constitution on its head. he said "the right to worship freely and safely, that right was denied to sikhs in oak creek, wisconsin." the right to assemble peacefully was denied to those in oregon and moviegoers in colorado. that fundamental set of rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness or rights that were denied to college students at virginia tech and high school students in columbine an elementary school students in newtown. this is not so. except for its prohibition on slavery, the constitution only limits actions of government, not individuals. the right to peacefully assemble protect individual rights to organize, protest, and seek to change government action. that right is trivialized and missed characterized as protecting shopping and watching movies and those constitutional rights are not the source of governmental powers to enact legislation as the president suggested. in fact, just the opposite. they were included in the bill of rights because throug
